To promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction sector and cultivate new productive forces in housing and urban-rural development, the Autonomous Region's Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department issued the "Notice on Strengthening the Industrialization, Digitization, and Greenification of Construction" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice") on October 29th. The "Notice" aims to drive high-quality development in the construction industry through "industrialization" as the production mode, "digitization" as the technical means, and "greenification" as the goal.
The three main tasks outlined in the "Notice" include:
1、Promoting industrialization in the construction sector. With a focus on promoting prefabricated buildings, prefabricated components such as precast laminated floor slabs, precast staircases, and prefabricated interior wall panels should be prioritized for application in construction projects. Baotou City will prioritize the promotion and application of prefabricated steel structures, Hulunbeir City will focus on prefabricated modern wooden structures, and Hohhot City, Chifeng City, Ulanchab City, Erdos City, and Wuhai City will prioritize prefabricated concrete structures. This will drive the scaled development of building components and products. At the same time, the application of intelligent construction in various stages of engineering projects should be increased, with a focus on scenarios such as factory-prefabricated processing of raw materials like steel, templates, and various pipes, on-site prefabricated construction, steel installation, mold installation and removal, concrete pouring and leveling, and steel member cutting and welding, to promote the application of construction robots.
2、Promoting digitization in the construction sector. The emphasis is on introducing digital technologies such as BIM, IoT, the Internet, AI, and big data analysis to achieve collaborative optimization in the design stage, efficiency improvements in the construction stage, and intelligent management in the operation and maintenance stage.
3、Promoting greenification in the construction sector. The focus is on promoting the scaled development of starred green buildings and ultra-low-energy buildings, guiding the demonstration development of near-zero-energy buildings and zero-carbon buildings, and achieving resource conservation, environmental protection, and pollution reduction throughout the building's lifecycle.
The seven key work areas include optimizing the production of components and parts, enhancing green construction technology levels, promoting the full-process application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, advancing the development of intelligent construction technology, exploring AI technology applications, developing green and low-carbon buildings, and optimizing building energy use structures.
