Taizhou implements chain attraction, promotes the application of innovative equipment, effectively enhances the human-machine collaboration capability in the field of intelligent construction, and actively guides the agglomeration of the intelligent construction industry chain.
One is to classify and promote intelligent construction technology, strengthen demonstration and drive. In 2024, 35 innovative service cases of intelligent construction new technologies and products in Taizhou City will be selected and released in 6 major categories (the first batch), and the successful experience of pilot projects will be summarized and promoted in a timely manner, playing a leading role in project demonstration and driving construction enterprises to achieve industrial upgrading. For example, the Tiantai County Citizen Center project, after the application of intelligent construction related technologies such as construction robots and industrial Internet platforms, has saved about 1.2 million yuan in project cost, shortened the total construction period by about 7%, and effectively improved the efficiency and benefits of project construction. At present, 70 pilot projects for intelligent construction in the city have widely applied automation equipment such as steel bar tying machines and intelligent construction elevators. The efficiency of steel bar tying has been increased by three times, and the quality is more guaranteed, laying the foundation for large-scale promotion.

Build an intelligent digital industrial park covering an area of approximately 3 square kilometers, integrating scientific research and development, product production, application display, skills training, logistics and transportation functions. By introducing high-quality projects, encouraging technological innovation, and strengthening talent cultivation, we have cultivated upstream and downstream enterprises in intelligent construction such as component production and high-end equipment research and development manufacturing, achieving a transformation of industrial layout from "scattered points" to "system chain", and building an innovative cluster in the intelligent construction industry. The industrial park has started construction in 2023. Each county (city) has combined its industrial advantages to layout and construct supporting intelligent construction industrial parks. Huangyan District has successfully introduced Zhongyan Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and signed a new sales contract of 30 million yuan in 2024, achieving profitability in the first year; The Taizhou Bay New Area has introduced Pacific Construction Group and has completed the planning of the Cloud Lake Core Block Intelligent Construction Development Center with a total construction area of approximately 300000 square meters.
