  In order to implement the requirements of the Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Promotion of Intelligent Construction (Su Fu [2022] No. 89) and solidly promote the work deployment of the Municipal Party Committee and Government on the development of intelligent construction, various regions and departments should further improve their ideological awareness, strengthen promotion measures, improve work mechanisms, implement target tasks, and make every effort to promote the relevant work of intelligent construction pilot cities, Promote the transformation and upgrading of our city's construction industry, as well as the sustained high-quality development.
 
1、 Improve the mechanism for promoting intelligent construction throughout the city
  According to the requirements of the Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Promotion of Intelligent Construction, various regions should establish local intelligent construction promotion work leadership groups that collaborate with relevant departments such as big data, development and reform, science and technology, industry and information technology, finance, resource planning, housing and construction, etc., to implement the goals and tasks deployed by the Suzhou Pilot City Work Leadership Group for Promoting Intelligent Construction (hereinafter referred to as the "Leadership Group"), Ensure the specific implementation of policies to promote intelligent construction.
 
2、 Strengthen the basic technical support for intelligent construction
  Organize expert selection work for BIM digital design, intelligent construction management, construction robots, lightweight building machines, prefabricated buildings, intelligent operation and maintenance, construction industry Internet and other technical directions, and establish the "Suzhou Intelligent Construction Expert Database". Explore and commission technical support units, combined with expert databases, to jointly provide technical consultation for the leadership group, implement the evaluation of the development level of intelligent construction, and study the evaluation standards for intelligent construction.
 
3、 Promote the application and management of pilot projects, etc
  Organize the application and selection of pilot projects, pilot enterprises, pilot bases, etc., and advocate for the establishment of pilot pilot pilot zones in various regions. Research and formulate pilot support policies, track pilot progress on a quarterly basis, implement pilot supervision and assessment, summarize pilot experience and excellent practices that can be promoted and replicated.
 
4、 Compile supplementary quotas for applied construction robots
  Conduct extensive research on the application of construction robots in enterprises, and based on project practice, prepare the "Supplementary Quota for Construction Robots", prioritizing the development of supplementary quotas for mature robots such as leveling robots, smoothing robots, spraying robots, and ALC wall panel installation robots, to ensure that the construction robot construction pricing needs are met. According to the pilot promotion, gradually increase, adjust, and improve.
 
5、 Take the lead in promoting the application of construction robots
  Develop promotion policies for construction robots. Require pilot projects to first apply construction robots; Starting from May 2023, government invested construction projects with a single area of over 50000 square meters should take the lead in testing mature construction robots; By the end of 2023, all construction projects of over 50000 square meters in the city will be fully assisted by construction robots.
 
6、 Accelerate the research on intelligent construction projects
  Conduct special research projects to address potential issues in the development, application, and promotion of intelligent construction in Suzhou. The main research directions for this year include: (1) Research on the Application of Light Building Machinery in Suzhou City; (2) Research on the Foundation and Development Path of Intelligent Construction in Suzhou City; (3) Research on Suzhou Construction Industry Internet Platform; (4) Research on the standardization of construction methods for prefabricated buildings based on intelligent construction; (5) Prefabricated Buildings Based on Radio Frequency Identification (FRID) Technology for Prefabricated Components
